Prometheus and Io
Prometheus is a titan god who went against Zeus. He was chained to a rock and everyday a crow ate a piece of his liver.
Io, a white heifer was punished by Hera to give birth to Hercules. He saved Prometheus.

Narcissus
Narcissus is handsome, young man who scored many maidens, including Echo. He was eventually punished by Nemesis and fell so deeply in love with himself, when he looked into a river, he fell in and drowned.

The Golden Fleece
In order to take control of his kingdom from Pelas, Jason must find the Golden Fleece with help Argonauts Madea the Golden Fleece represents a highly sought after, yet unattainable item.

Orpheus and Eurydice
Orpheus was a beautiful musician, only second to the gods. He married Eurydice but a viper fatally stung her after the wedding. Orpheus braved the underworld to get her, only if he did not look back at her on the way back to earth, but he did and she was lost in the underworld forever. He walked around playing his Lyre until he was killed and buried at Olympus.

Daedalus and Icarus
Daedalus was a brilliant inventor and lived on the island of Crete with his son, Icarus. Unfortunately, he angered the kind of Crete. Desperate to flee Daedalus made wings out of wax and told Icarus not to fly too close to the sun. Sadly, Icarus did not listen, the wings melted, and she fell into the sea.

Cupid and Psyche
Cupid fell in love with Psyche, but he would not tell her, so she divised to see who he really was; when she did, he told her, “Love can not live where there is not trust”, and flew away.

Pygmalion and Galatea
Pygmalion was an artist who saw women as flawed, he never wasted his time on them. He crafted women out of ivory, who was “perfect”. He fell in love with his sculpture; a woman who could not love him back.

Daphne and Apollo
Daphne was Apollo’s first love, she ran from him and her father turned her into a tree.

Perseus
Polyectes sent him to retrieve Mudusa’s head. He cut off her head while she was sleeping and gave it to Minerva and she placed it in Ageis, then Perseus left with the head of Gorgon and went to give it to King Atlas.

Theseus
Theseus was a Greek hero, especially a national hero of Athens. He was a slayer of minotaurs. He was known for his kindness to Oedipus.

Hercules
He was a hero in Greek mythology. He was known for his strength and courage but best known for completing 12 labors, which included capturing/ killing legendary creatures, gaining various items, and moving a river to clean the stables of Augeas.
